Tea has been reported as a drink which contributes to our health since the 3rd millennium in China .Legend tells that tea was discovered due that in the old China they used to boil water to kill germs, one day a few leaves of tea (Carmelia Sinensis) fell into the water, this resulted in a great flavour for the water as well as healthy properties in it.
The properties of tea
